This comprehensive rebuild represents a complete business model pivot, implementing modern cloud infrastructure and automated workflows to serve individual clients globally while maintaining the quality standards that have driven 9+ years of B2B success.
About the Project
Business Challenge: After 9 years of manual B2B operations serving academic publishers and marketing agencies, I identified a significant market opportunity in the direct-to-consumer academic editing space. The existing manual processes that worked for high-value B2B contracts couldn't scale to serve individual students and researchers cost-effectively.
Strategic Approach: I'm architecting a complete platform transformation that automates the entire customer journey—from initial submission through payment processing and delivery—while ensuring global compliance and operational efficiency. This project demonstrates my ability to identify market opportunities, design technical solutions, and execute complex business transformations.

Project Impact & Goals: This transformation addresses the growing demand for accessible academic editing services while positioning the business for international expansion. By automating manual processes, I'm reducing operational overhead while enabling service capacity growth. The platform's modular architecture also creates opportunities for additional service lines and partnership integrations.
Current Status: The project is in active development with core infrastructure and payment systems completed. I'm currently implementing the automated workflow engine and conducting user experience testing with a beta client group. Launch is planned for Q4 2025, with an initial focus on the US and UK markets.
